PRODUCT INSTRUCTION:

Pyrolytic Boron Nitride (PBN) is a kind of advanced ceramic, can be produced with 99.999% purity in high density. It made by ammonia and Boron halide through Chemical Vapor deposition(CVD) process in high temperature and high vacuum condition: NH3 +BX3=BN+3HX, it can be produced as PBN plates, and also can be produced as PBN final products directly like crucible, boat, coating, etc.

MAIN FEATURES:

It′s different from BN, there is no traditional process of hot pressing, no need any kinds of agglutinant, so the products have very obliviously features as follow:

1. Non-toxic and tasteless

2. High purity(>99.999%)

3. No reaction with acid, alkali, salt and other organic reagent at room temperature

4. A little corrode in melt salt and alkali, but it can resistance any kind of acid in high temperature.

5. No reaction with melt metal, semiconductor and other compound.

6. Excellent oxidation resistant below 1000º C

7. Excellent thermal shock resistance

8. Can be used in high-temperature, no sublimation point, will be decompose into B&N

APLICATION:

1. OLED Production: Organic Light Emitting Diode(OLED) have follow excellent features, no need backlight, High contrast, thin thickness, Wide visual angle, quick response, flexible screen, temperature wide, structure and processing simple, was consider as a new generation technology of Displayer.

2. Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE)

Molecular Beam Epitaxy is the main growth technics of - and - compound semiconductor. Under the suitable substrate and situation, grow the thin film along the direction of substrate′s crystal axis by layers.

3. Semiconductor Crystal Growth

The growth of compound semiconductor single crystal (like GaAs, Inp, etc) need very strict environment, including temperature, purity of raw material and growth vessel. PBN is currently the ideal vessel of compound semiconductor growth and irreplaceable.

The main growing method of compound semiconductor single crystal have LEC, VGF, etc, and boyu have related series crucible of them.

4. Polycrystal Synthesis

Before the compound single crystal growth, it is usually synthesis the compound semiconductor polycrystalline material first. Horizontal Bridgman method is the most popular method of polycrystalline (GaAs, etc) synthesis.

5. MOCVD Heater

MOCVD technic is take III, II element organic compound and V, VI element hydride as the raw material of crystal growth, this technic use Thermal decomposition reaction to Vapor Deposition on the substrate, growth many kinds of III-V, II-VI compound semiconductor and other multicomponent solid solution thin film material.
